Rhodos Consultancy was established in 1995. Whilst initially developed to consult to the leisure industry it quickly expanded to cover the manufacturing, finance, service and hospitality industries.

We have an established team of consultants who specialise in all aspects of business acumen. Our primary goal for our clients is to increase the bottom line. We do this by an initial assessment which look at the systems and procedures that are in place, to see if they are working smoothly. We will then review the financial side of the business to enable us to get a holistic view of the situation, after which we develop a strategy to put into place. The strategies are based around ensuring that the business works towards achieving the goals set down for it.
